- Munch on some celery. Celery contains active compounds called phthalides, which can help relax the muscles around arteries and allow those vessels to dilate. With more space inside the arteries, this can reduce blood pressure.

- Add spinach, turkey and greens to your diet. These foods contain tryptophan which helps to regulate your appetite and can improve your sleep at night.
- Salmon or chicken. Optimal amounts of niacin (B-3) which is needed for overall energy production.
- Nuts or seeds. Particularly almonds and pumpkin seeds they are rich in vitamin B12 and zinc which helps to boost your mood.
- Chocolate – Now we’re talking! this isn`t just any kind of chocolate though it needs to be dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is rich in magnesium which so many people are deficient in. Make sure to look for the highest percentage of cocoa.

Hi, i know how its to suffer from a problem like this. I have been struggling from it like a few months with the normal ups and downs so i truly know to have a illness like this.
