In today’s highly strung and stressed world, many of us come across the feeling that if anything goes wrong, then both body and mind will collapse. We are too often unwilling to admit to ourselves that we are on the brink of a panic attack. There is such a stigma in our contemporary age behind a mental and physical collapse that we can find ourselves being scared of breaking down. Now, former panic attack victim, Barry Joe, has come up with a system which can help eliminate the fear of anxiety in his ebook called Panic Away.

With a sense of immediacy reduced to seconds, Barry argues that it is this time gap that the potential victim must decide to act. Rather than prescribe drugs, the key lies within the mind. The first step to overcoming this debilitating condition is apply the One Move technique. This psychological process essentially prepares the mind to face the onset of a panic attack. By being ready for it, the sufferer can conceive the anxiety and deconstruct it in his or her mind. Many can’t work out what the cause of their fear is, and so when it comes to wanting not to be scared of being scared, this treatment kick starts the process.

Because the Panic system doesn’t claim to be applicable only to categories, it can be used to fit any situation in our daily lives. Having mastered the One Move technique, Barry goes on to explain how it can be incorporated into daily life, essentially providing a stress free routine. By perfecting the first stage, general anxiety will be dissipated. Avoiding the initial fear will mean that other components of stress can be conquered, so for example a diet can be introduced to relieve personal worries, and exercises can be performed to calm nerves. Now fears such as agoraphobia, fear of flying or fear of public speaking can be totally eliminated and daily life can resume as normal.

The author then set out what seems like an inconceivable task eliminating panic attacks for good. Through a thorough cultivation of calming methods, such as identification and rationalization of these assaults on the nerves, anxiety will simply melt away. In an almost psycho-analytical fashion, Barry Joe suggests we look at our childhood for inspiration, and to reflect on the way that our growing formative experiences may have shaped our fears. Addressing these fears would help in confronting them. If they have a solid form in our minds, then they can be more easily deleted from our minds.

Testimonies from several followers of Barry Joe’s Panic Away program have asserted that is the most effective way of tackling head on the problem of panic attacks. There are accounts of people who felt as though they used to be so consumed with terror that their lives could collapse as a result of fear. Barry’s ebook has been set out in a very clear and precise fashion and is extremely easy to follow and even experts in the psychological field have claimed that this process can be of great use to victims of these attacks.

10 Strategies to Ease Panic Away From You

Anxiety, Natural Treatments, Panic Away Bonus Package, Stress, anxiety attacks, panic attack No Comments »

When I think back I have spent a terrible amount of time in my life worrying. I’ve worried about first impressions, horrible diseases, bills, troubled relationships, job interviews, rising prices, taxes and having my home in “perfect” condition. Thank goodness, Panic Away came to my rescue!

Worrying accounts for nothing but wasted energy and hours of time that you will never get back. Not only does worry accomplish nothing, it makes you focus in the wrong direction. And of course, excessive worry leads to anxiety. So how do you want to spend your time? I’ve adopted the strategies below when I finally decided that I wanted to spend my time more wisely so that I could have a more enjoyable life. And believe me, it works! Let’s take a look now at how we can stop worrying less:

  1. Accept uncertainty. We all want to have everything planned out and know the future well in advance but that’s not possible, so relax and take it one day at a time.
  2. When you catch yourself worrying use the finger cut across the neck motion to stop yourself and change your thought.
  3. Don’t constantly talk about your problems it makes it too easy for you to feel sorry for yourself.
  4. Learn how to breathe. Breathe in slowly to the count of five and breathe out slowly to the count of five. Do this for 5 minutes.
  5. Try to think of problems as opportunities to take action.
  6. Write down an alternative thought to the worry that is more positive and realistic.
  7. If a problem seems to big break it down into smaller steps. Don’t go fast forward and worry about steps 2, 3, and 4 until you’ve accomplished step 1. This one was hard for me.
  8. When you’ve done your best to deal with a situation, stop analyzing, let it go and go on to the next thing. This one was hard for me too.
  9. Keep the faith. Give those anxious or worrisome thoughts to a force greater than yourself.
  10. Take action on what you can change and learn to accept what you cannot change.

Getting to the “root” of worry will help to eliminate your anxiety or panic attacks and that’s where Panic Away comes in. A program so powerful it will make your anxiety attacks a thing of the past!

The Brain and Your Anxiety Attacks Choose Panic Away to Eliminate Them Permanently

Anxiety, Natural Treatments, Panic Away Bonus Package, anxiety attacks, panic attack No Comments »

Considering everything it does, the human brain is incredibly compact, weighing just 3 pounds.

The brain runs your emotions. Your brain has a little bunch of cells on each side called the amygdala (uh-mig-duh-luh). The word amygdala is Latin for almond, and that’s what this area looks like. Scientists believe that the amygdala is responsible for emotions.

The limbic system is the primary area of the brain that deals with stress (also known as the mammalian brain).  When your body perceives a threat, real or imagined immediately your limbic system responds via your autonomic nervous system.  When distress signals come from your brain the sympathetic nervous system quickly prepares you by releasing hormones.  Your adrenal glands release adrenaline or epinephrine that will increase your heart rate, breathing and/or blood pressure (flight or fight).  This causes a release of glucose and fatty acids into your blood stream.  This then moves the blood faster to the brain, and blood flow to the skin is reduced and your immune system gets put on “hold”.  In this temporary state your body is now able to respond to the “life-threatening situation”.

Getting Back to a Normal State

Your body tries to return to normal after the perceived threat has passed.  This may not come easy however, the sympathetic nervous system is very slow in shutting down and allowing the tranquilizing parasympathetic nervous system to calm things down and this can be even more difficult with age.

Wouldn’t it be great to avoid this unnecessary stress on the body?  You have probably believed for some of you for years, that there is no cure for anxiety and you just have to live with it for the rest of your life, please get up a do a little dance around your computer desk….because the truth is you can lessen and eliminate anxiety starting TODAY with Panic Away. This program is different from all the rest and has helped thousands of people recover from their anxiety. Get started today!

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and How it Relates to Anxiety – Learn How Panic Away Can Help

Anxiety, Natural Treatments, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Away Bonus Package, anxiety attacks, fear, panic attack No Comments »

2.2 million American adults have OCD and it can lead to anxiety or depression. 1/3 of adults with OCD had developed symptoms as a child and seems to affect just as many men as women.  Symptoms can begin in childhood, adolescence or early in adulthood and statistics show that it can be genetic. Learn How Panic Away can CURE your anxiety attacks.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder or OCD, is a type of anxiety disorder where a person is plagued by repeated , unwanted thoughts, fears and obsessions or the need to do repetitive behaviours such as counting, cleaning, washing hands, or checking to see if the stove is off several times before leaving the house.

A girlfriend of mine was over a few nights ago and she was telling me how she suffers from OCD . Her behaviour consists of always having things perfectly neat and lined up, when her friends come over and move anything in her room out of her symmetrical alignment it triggers her anxiety and she immediately feels stricken with panic, this had led her to finally talk to each of her friends individually expressing how she feels and her OCD. Now her friends do their do best to understand and they try not to move anything in her room. At first she felt embarrassed but after bringing it out in the open she appreciates their care and concern and she can relax a lot more.

Symptoms of OCD:

  1. Needing things to be orderly and symmetrical, aligning them in a certain way that feels “perfect“.
  2. Fear of dirt or germs
  3. Frequent hand washing, fear of being contaminated
  4. Picking at your skin
  5. Constantly cleaning your house even when it`s not dirty
  6. Obsessive about weight, constantly weighing yourself several times a day
  7. Driving around the block several times to make sure no one has been run over
  8. Fear of appliances left on or door not being locked so you check over and over and over
  9. Repeating certain phrases
  10. Counting, ritualistic behaviours or patterns that you feel compelled to do and can`t seem to stop doing.

There is a definite link between OCD and anxiety. Left untreated, OCD can take over your life leaving you feeling smothered and unable to stop the behaviours. The person can usually recognize that the behaviour or thoughts don`t make sense but they make up rules or rituals, this actually makes it worse and can significantly interfere with a person`s life taking up hours a day.

Take control of your life again, don`t let the obsessive, unwanted thoughts harass you any longer. Panic Away has literally helped thousands of people recover from their anxiety and the RESULTS will last a lifetime!
