Don’t Just Cope with Anxiety Try Panic Away

There seems to be plenty of anxiety for everyone these days, and sometimes the source is difficult to pinpoint. But wouldn’t it be great to conquer the fear behind the anxiety or panic attack instead of just coping with it. Being a former anxiety sufferer for over 10 years I thought my dreadful anxiety attacks were just something I had to live with but I’m so happy that I didn’t stop researching… looking for an answer. And boy did I find one, The Panic Away program was one that really worked for me and I am confident to say it can work for you too!

Normal vs. Harmful Anxiety

There is a difference…. The “fight or flight” response and release of adrenaline that keeps us safe from something scary such as a real, dangerous threat serves us well and that type of anxiety is a natural reaction to those types of circumstances.

But a non-rational threat, triggered by a million what if’s and only has the possibility of crisis can send us into harmful anxiety mode. A person with anxiety can find that everything becomes a potential crisis. Anxiety can take on a life of its own and thousands suffer in silence with their own painful fear.
Prolonged over time, anxiety or panic attacks can also really take a toll on your body and can affect you making good clear decisions, making it hard to stay focused or concentrate. Also, people may start to procrastinate more than usual, because they have become so fearful.

When anxiety or panic becomes that overwhelming and it starts to interfere with your day to day activities and stops you from going places, you need to do something about it. You don’t have to just cope with it.

Are you exhausted from struggling with anxiety? With Joe Barry McDonagh’s Panic Away program you will learn the most powerful technique for eliminating anxiety and panic attacks without taking medication, it has helped thousands of people. He has developed a One Move Technique that will make you finally be able to put anxiety and those horrible panic attacks behind you!

FreedomThere is freedom for those of you who want to enjoy your life again!

The Panic Away program helps you how to confront your fear and offers practical exercises that are simple to implement into your daily life. Now that I have gone through the program I am much more relaxed and able to enjoy life to its VERY fullest! I wish that for all of you! Take a deep breath, step aboard, embrace the journey and you WILL see and experience tremendous relief and freedom!

How Panic Away Helped My Sleepless Nights

Anxiety, Natural Treatments, Panic Away Bonus Package, fear, panic attack No Comments »

Today this article is about what happened to me over the weekend and how Panic Away helped. I had gone in last week to see the doctor because of severe pain in my upper stomach that was going all the way through to my back. For days I could barely move and even a breath in was excruciating and very painful. It was unlike any other pain I’ve had before and I was nervous about it. My doctor sent me for several tests including blood work, an ECG and an X-ray, he said that he wanted to rule out any blood clots, tumors or walking pneumonia.

After I had the tests, the doctor’s office called while I was fast asleep on the couch and I missed their call. I checked my voice mail that evening and heard a message saying, “Kirsten please call the doctor’s office.” I immediately grew anxious and very concerned, my doctor knew I was already coming in on Monday so why the call on Friday afternoon! Now I had to wait over the weekend! They must have found something I thought to myself and now I was very alarmed!

Horrible thoughts started to swirl around my head, I made up several worst-case scenarios in my mind and then I realized that I was heading down the slippery slope of an anxiety attack. I immediately asked myself what I was scared of and I confronted the fear head on…not an easy thing to do but it worked! I applied Panic’s Away’s One Move Technique™ and could instantly feel myself gaining back control and calming down. I was able to relax and have a restful night sleep. For the rest of the weekend, whenever I felt the anxious thoughts creep up on me….and they did, I quickly applied the One Move Technique™ , it takes only seconds to implement wherever you are, and it returned me to my normal self.

Years ago, this same situation would have left me calling all of my friends in a panicked state, up all night, trembling, fearful, constantly worrying and not able to sleep a wink.

I am so thankful for the Panic Away program and all the wonderful things it has taught me. Just coping with anxiety is not good enough. The Panic Away program teaches you how to free yourself from EVER having another panic attack. Break the cycle of fear with this amazing tool that will allow you to never fear another panic attack again.

How Panic Away Stops the Fear of You Thinking You’re Going Crazy

Anxiety, Panic Away Bonus Package, fear, panic attack No Comments »

Dealing with the loss of someone close to us can be very difficult for anyone to handle. When my girlfriend’s mom died of course it was devastating. Shortly after her mom’s passing she started to realize how much she was forgetting things.  Always on the ball, a perfectionist and super organized this forgetfulness really started to alarm her. Simple things like misplacing her keys over and over or forgetting an appointment would send her straight into an anxiety attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and the list would run through her head….what could it be she thought? A brain tumor, or cancer? What if I die?

As time went by these thoughts became obsessive and she began feeling scatter-brained, unsure of herself and unable to concentrate on anything. All of these obsessive, irrational thoughts would send her into an anxiety or panic attack and spiralling out of control. She would research on the internet for hours trying to find which disease she had. She was certain she was going crazy. She didn’t even want to talk about it with any of her family or friends fearing that they would all think she’s crazy too. She was scared.

Death is a huge tragedy and grieving is normal and takes time. it’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. However, because her mind at the time could not think logically, her irrational thoughts seemed completely real and she became obsessed with running to the doctor every time she’d forget something else. She would request all sorts of tests but when the doctor diagnosed her with General Anxiety Disorder it was bittersweet, she felt a sense of relief finally but also didn’t know how to handle the anxiety or how to make it better. She had suffered with painful attacks for several months and didn’t know how to get over it.

So you can see at the root of her anxiety was the fear was dying, especially after seeing her mother die. Most causes of anxiety and panic do come from a fear of something. If you suffer from anxiety or panic have you asked yourself what you’re afraid of? Unfortunately, her irrational thoughts would consume her to the point of waking up at night trembling in fear. Thankfully, she knows now that those thoughts although unbearable were imagined and since trying Panic Away has kicked those thoughts to the curb! Panic Away stops the fear of you thinking you’re going crazy. She has learned to get control and she regained her confidence and her memory.

Please know that feeling nervous or afraid that you might be insane is not uncommon when experiencing anxiety but the truth is that you don’t have to suffer from another anxiety or panic attack again. Panic Away’s powerful One Move TechniqueTM (21-7 Technique TM ) can restore you back to your care free, normal self no matter how long you’ve been suffering.

The Pressure of Success

Anxiety, Main Content, Natural Treatments, Panic Away Bonus Package, Stress, fear No Comments »

Most women experience anxiety but men experience it too! I had dinner with a male friend a couple of weeks ago and we talked a lot about our lives. He is a very successful salesman but underneath it all he suffers a lot of anxiety. He has a lot of pressure in his sales job and constantly strives to be more and more successful. I understand that men have a lot of pressure to bring home the bacon whether for themselves or their family but when he confided in me that he suffers panic attacks when at home by himself I really wanted to help him. He told me that if numbers are down, his sense of worth takes a fall as well. He constantly measures his value by how much he sells. When he’s up he’s really up but when he’s down he’s really down. You wouldn’t know it to look at him, he appears very confident, handsome and self assured. He has a huge house, numerous friends, donates to a lot of important charities and goes to many social functions. But he admitted those quiet nights at home can be terrifying. The thoughts that swirl around his head are “what if I lose it all?” He came from a very poor upbringing and worked hard to be where he is but with sales it’s never a sure thing. To him losing it all sends him into a state of frenzy. He feels sick to his stomach and gets so wound up that he told me on several occasions he has literally trembled with crazy thoughts going through his mind like “what if I die?”

I introduced the Panic Away program to my friend and I have to admit he was a little hesitant. He said he wanted to deal with it on his own but when I asked him what he has done to try and help himself he couldn’t answer. I reassured him that Barry Joe McDonaugh’s program and His One Move Technique has helped many, many people and to just give it a try. In the end he agreed because he doesn’t want to go through it alone anymore, he wants to deal with it and is willing to take the steps to do it! Awesome!

How Panic Away Can Help Teens Stop the Fear of Speaking in Front of the Class

Anxiety, Natural Treatments, Panic Away Bonus Package, Social Anxiety, Stress, fear No Comments »

After hanging out with my boyfriend’s daughters and a few of their friends, it was decided that one of their top fears that caused them the most anxiety was getting up to speak in the front of their class: some even resorted to taking a “zero” instead of doing the assignment. I asked each one of them why they had such intense fear that would literally stop them from doing it at all; here are some of their answers:

  1. What if I don’t look pretty enough up there.
  2. What if my clothes aren’t nice enough.
  3. Forget it, I have a pimple.
  4. Way too many eyes are on me at once.
  5. There’s a boy I like in my class and I’ll be too embarrassed.
  6. I’m too shy.
  7. What if I don’t sound smart enough?
  8. I will be so nervous my voice will tremble and I’ll sound like an idiot.
  9. What if they don’t understand what I’m saying?
  10. What if someone laughs at me?

For these teen girls these are very real, debilitating circumstances. For those who followed through they couldn’t remember a word they said.  They concluded that their heart was beating so loud that they couldn’t hear themselves think, their body was shaking uncontrollably, they felt slightly dizzy and off balance and extremely nauseous. The girls admitted feeling extremely anxious to the point of feeling paralyzed by their fear and surprisingly they didn’t even know that it could be an anxiety or panic attack.

This may not seem like a big surprise, a lot of people suffer from stage fright, but when it constantly affects you each and every time and gets worse instead of easier, leaving you feeling hopeless, discouraged and exhausted it’s time to take a look at anxiety and/or panic attacks and find a way to fight back! These panic and anxiety attacks are keeping teen girls from believing in themselves and being the confident young ladies they were created to be.

I asked the girls, “If I gave you information on how to stop this fear from being so destructive and leave you feeling more relaxed and sure of yourself, would you take it?” They exclaimed, “Yes!”

They are just starting to read Barry Joe McDonagh’s Panic Away Program and said that so far it is very straight forward and easy to understand. I know that this is going to help the girls tremendously!
